In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by our Company, as the Data Controller, by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying it within the framework explained below, depending on business purposes. To inform you in the most transparent way about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the persons to whom it may be transferred, the legal reasons and your rights. Our company takes the necessary precautions for the security of your personal data and transactions, within the framework of technological possibilities and affordable costs, and takes appropriate technical and administrative measures.

Within the framework of Articles 3 and 7 of the KVKK, data that is irreversibly anonymized will not be considered personal data in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law.

Carrying out the necessary work, including but not limited to determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, carrying out business development and planning activities, in order to benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by our Company,

Your personal data that you share with our company as a customer, supplier, dealer or employee may be processed in accordance with KVKK, in connection with our activity and service purposes and in a measured manner, transferred to third parties/institutions/organizations at home and abroad, stored, used for analysis and can be classified.
To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred?
Your personal data may be shared within IG TAKE LTD within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with KVKK and the applicable legislation, including but not limited to; our business partners, business contacts, third parties who will be directly and/or indirectly involved in the performance of the service provided by or on behalf of IG TAKE LTD, real or legal persons who process data, outsourcing service providers including those who send SMS, It may be transferred and stored domestically or abroad, in line with the purpose of the service we provide with third parties such as hosting service providers, law firms, research companies, call centers, our performance assistants and subcontractors, or to regulatory supervisory bodies, all legally authorized public institutions, in cases stipulated by the relevant legislation, can be used and classified for analysis.
What is the Collection Method and Legal Reason for Your Personal Data?
Your personal data, including but not limited to those listed by our Company or real or legal persons who process data on behalf of our Company, for the purpose and scope stated above; It can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, by verbal, written, digital, automatic or non-automatic methods, through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. If you transmit your personal information to IG TAKE LTD via digital means (whatsapp, gmail, hotmail and similar applications, email services) whose servers / data centers are located abroad, all legal liability belongs to you. What are your rights as a personal data owner?
Provided that it remains within the framework of KVKK and other legislation in force,

Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems
In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
Our company reserves the right to make any changes it may deem necessary regarding its products and services on issues such as confidentiality, storage, use, transfer and destruction of personal data, terms of use of the website & products and services. These changes become valid as soon as they are notified by IG TAKE LTD via website, email, telephone and various methods.
You can submit your request to exercise these rights in writing or, if a separate method is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, in accordance with this method.
