1- General
1-1: This agreement is between the IT company that provides all the services provided on the site (referred to as "Services") (referred to as "IG TAKE LTD") and the person/institution specified with the details specified in the new customer registration section (referred to as "customer"). The use of the website operating at the address https://www.igtake.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "site") and the services to be purchased through this site will be deemed to have been signed with the terms and conditions specified below.
1-2: The parties declare, accept and undertake that the information written in this contract is correct.
1-3: When the Customer orders a service through Buy Followers Now, he/she is deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form, distance sales contract and cancellation and refund agreement.
2- Subject
2-1: This agreement will regulate the cancellation and refund conditions regarding the order transactions made by the customer on the site and the payments made to Buy Followers Now for the purchase of services. These conditions and their explanations are as follows.
3- Obligations and Conditions
3-1: Since there is no shipping cost for the product, the product purchased is a service and delivery is made online, the Customer or Buy Followers Now are not obliged to ship the cargo.
3-2: Each purchased service is delivered online to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the Customer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the service is not delivered within this period, the Customer may terminate the contract.
3-3: If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased service, Buy Followers Now must notify the Customer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be refunded to the Customer within 14 days.
3-4: If the customer does not pay for the product he purchased or cancels it in his bank records, Buy Followers Now's obligation to deliver the service ends.
3-5: If, after the service is delivered, it is determined that the credit card paid by the Customer has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the sold service fee is not paid to Buy Followers Now by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of the service subject to the contract. must pay to Buy Followers Now within the same day.
3-6: If force majeure occurs that Buy Followers Now cannot foresee and it cannot be delivered within the service period, the situation is notified to the Customer. The customer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the customer cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, this fee will be paid in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the Customer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the service fee will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the Customer's account within 2 to 14 business days.
3-7: The customer is aware of the exceptional negative situations of the service he receives or the service he receives, as stated in the General Service Agreement and on the site. You are informed that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal and cannot request a cancellation/refund in the exceptional cases mentioned after the service has been received.
However, if people contact Buy Followers Now in case of distress, Buy Followers Now can take the initiative in exceptional cases.
3-8: Services purchased by Credit Card are processed instantly depending on the automation system. For this reason, the customer should convey his questions about the service before the sale. If the customer does not ask for the service that suits his/her request before the sale and the service starts to be provided, cancellation and refund cannot be made. However, if the service is not completed, the cost of the service provided can be calculated and deducted from the total price of the new service.
3-9: If each service purchased is not provided within 3 business days as stated in the General Service Agreement, the customer may request a refund.
3-10: If the customer has a condition where it is possible to receive a refund under the specified conditions, he can receive a refund in the specified refund amount through the payment channel he made.
